Under Quality, set Interpolation to None (technically called Nearest-neighbor interpolation, as other image editors may have it labeled). Make sure the drop-down menu next to width and height is set to pixels. Depending on which you chose, change either width or height to the number you came up with. This will scale width and height equally no matter which you change. From there you're going to have to explore around the asset files to find what you're looking for (it'll specify that it's an image file in one of the columns of the explorer if it is in fact an image file). Run it and navigate to your Broforce directory (probably C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Broforce\BROFORCE_Beta_Data). First, download the Unity Assets Explorer.
